1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually delivered within 4–9 business days across India.
In some remote areas, delivery may take up to 12 business days depending on courier availability.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across India.
You can pay for your product in cash when it arrives at your doorstep.
3. How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message or email from us.
Currently, we don’t offer live tracking links, but you can always check your order status by emailing us at trevia7@gmail.com with your Order ID.
4. My package hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please email us with your Order ID.We’ll check the delivery status with our courier partners and get back to you as soon as possible.
5. What if I entered the wrong address or phone number?
Please contact us immediately at trevia7@gmail.com with your correct details.If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll update it for you.If it’s already dispatched, we won’t be able to modify the address.
